Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., along with our affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, "Samsung"), respects your concerns about privacy. This Galaxy Wearable U.S. Privacy Notice applies to the personal information we obtain through your Galaxy Wearable device and its connected services and features (collectively, "Galaxy Wearable"). It does not apply to information collected by other apps, websites or services provided by Samsung.<br>

This Privacy Notice supplements the Samsung Privacy Policy for the U.S. (available at https://account.samsung.com/membership/terms/privacypolicy) and provides additional information about how we may collect, use, and share your personal information in connection with our Services. In the event that any portion of this Privacy Notice conflicts with the Samsung Privacy Policy for the U.S., the relevant provisions of this Privacy Notice will govern.<br>

INFORMATION WE OBTAIN<br>

Through your Galaxy Wearable, we may collect and maintain information about you in various ways. <br>

Information You Provide Directly<br>
<br>
• When you log-in to Samsung account on your Galaxy Wearable device, we may collect Samsung account information, such as your Samsung account ID.<br>
<br>
Information About Your Use of Your Galaxy Wearable<br>
<br>
• Information about your devices, such as device type, device model, OS type and version, device identifiers and other unique identifiers, mobile network providers, device configurations and settings;<br>
• Information related to your location through, GPS, Bluetooth and WiFi signals. Some features of your Galaxy Wearable require the collection of your device's precise geolocation, and in those instances we will collect your geolocation, but only with your permission. Your device will notify you when a Galaxy Wearable feature needs to collect your precise geolocation. Please note that if you do not allow Galaxy Wearable to collect your precise geolocation, you may not be able to use all of the features of Galaxy Wearable; <br>
• If your device offers a Remote Connection feature (available on Galaxy Watch3 and earlier models), such as connecting your mobile device to your Galaxy Wearable device over Wi-Fi or mobile data rather than Bluetooth so your Galaxy Wearable can receive messages from your phone, information about apps installed on your mobile device such as notifications and content of received messages and emails (including the content of messages and media files). <br>
• If you use the Backup and Restore feature; software version, sales code, list of installed and recently used apps, data and settings of installed apps, home screen settings including watch face, apps and widgets, notification settings, system settings including display, sound and vibration.<br>
• If you have agreed to sending diagnostic data, diagnostic, technical, error, and usage information such as the time and duration of your use of your Galaxy Wearable, apps installed by you and how long and when you open or close apps.<br>

We also may collect other information about you, your Galaxy Wearable and apps, your devices connected to Galaxy Wearable, and your use of your Galaxy Wearable in ways that we describe to you at the time of collection and whenever is necessary, we will obtain your consent.<br>

HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION WE OBTAIN<br>

We may use the information we collect for the following purposes:<br>

• To help you register for and use your Galaxy Wearable. <br>
• To provide services and features you request. <br>
• To respond to your requests and questions, and to communicate with you about your Galaxy Wearable, including providing assistance when you request technical support related to your Galaxy Wearable. <br>
• To allow you to interact with selected Samsung or third-party apps, features and services. For example, you may be able to back up your apps and settings information to Samsung Cloud or use Samsung Health on your Galaxy Wearable.<br>
• To provide customized content and services related to your Galaxy Wearable. <br>
• To provide promotions and offers through direct marketing communications (such as via push notifications, emails, and text messages), only where you have given us your separate consent.<br>
• To operate, evaluate and improve Galaxy Wearable and our business (including developing new products and services, enhancing and improving our products and services; managing our communications; analyzing our products, services and customer base; conducting marketing research; performing data analytics; and performing accounting, auditing and other internal functions).<br>
• To ask you for your opinions about our products and services and to perform customer surveys; if so required, with your separate consent.<br>
• To provide software updates, maintenance services, and support for your Galaxy Wearable.<br>
• To protect against, identify and prevent fraud and other criminal activity, claims and other liabilities.<br>
• To comply with and enforce applicable legal requirements, relevant industry standards and our policies, including this Privacy Notice and the Privacy Policy.<br>

Your Galaxy Wearable may provide the ability to connect to or use other Samsung or third-party apps, services and features. For example, you may be able to use Samsung Health or Bixby Voice on your Galaxy Wearable device. These Samsung and third-party apps, services and features may have their own privacy notices. Review them to ensure that you understand how those services process your information. To the extent that any other linked or shown app, service, or other feature is not owned or controlled by us, we are not responsible for its content, use, or privacy practices.<br>
